About Me

Hi, I’m Kirstan — an AKA Registered Kinesiologist Practitioner with a background in psychology and a deep passion for supporting emotional and physical wellbeing.
My journey into wellness began with my own curiosity about how the mind and body communicate.
After years of studying the brain and nervous system, I knew there was a crucial piece of the puzzle missing in ‘top down’ approaches.
Kinesiology – a true ‘holistic’ therapy – bridges the gap between the body and the mind, allowing for deep healing to occur.
I’ve seen firsthand how stress, biology and structural factors are interconnected — and how powerful it is when we learn to bring them back into harmony.
My clients describe me as warm, compassionate and intuitive — someone who truly listens and holds space for your body’s wisdom to unfold.
Each session is guided by empathy, respect, and a belief that healing is not about “fixing” you, but reconnecting you with the calm, capable self that’s already within.
This is achieved by unravelling the compensations the body has developed over your lifetime which are no longer serving you.
Alongside my Graduate Diploma in Psychology, I’m also an AKA Accredited Level 4 Practitioner of Kinesiology.
